Completing your property profile

Now that you’ve created a property profile it’s time to add all the quirks and details that makes your home stand out. No one knows your home like you so who better to create a unique, compelling property profile.

1. High-Quality Photos

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and when it comes to property listings, this couldn't be truer. Include clear, high-resolution images that showcase the property's best features. 2. Highlight

Give your home a title that gives potential buyers a sneak peek into what your property has to offer. A title like "Charming Family Home With Skyline Views" can create instant intrigue.

3. Description

You can add as much or as little detail as you like here. You can keep it to some basic facts or you can show a compelling story. Mention things you love about your home (great views, lovely afternoon light etc) and tell people about the neighbourhood (schools, shops, transport) to give people a sense of what it’s like to live there.

4. Property Details

This is a super simple section where you add the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and what type of property it is. Once you’ve done this you also have access to price estimates, free valuations and local property insights.

5. Amenities and Attributes

Another easy section where you can just select all the amenities and attributes that your home has. If you can’t find the one you want add it to the description or message us to get it added.

6. Price

Here’s your chance to set your own price, however we would always recommend getting a valuation to give you a better gauge for the current market price. You can use your estimate or request a valuation and a POA (Price on asking) tag will be placed on your property in the meantime.
