DO I HAVE TO PUT MY HOUSE UP FOR SALE ON THE APP?
No!
You can claim your home without putting it up for sale. Once claimed, just pick a status like ‘Open for interest’ ‘Not quite ready’ or ‘Ready to sell’, or if you like you can completely hide the profile and still benefit from market insights.

CAN I SELL MY HOME FOR FREE?
Yes, on Zump you can list your property, find a buyer and agree to sell your home without paying anything.
IS IT SECURE TO HAVE MY HOUSE LISTED ON THE ZUMP APP?
Yes, absolutely. We hide your exact location by default, we never share your personal details and you are in complete control the entire time.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZUMP AND RIGHTMOVE?
Rightmove's properties are listed by estate agents and can often be found on multiple sites. Homeowners cannot list their own properties on the site. Zump properties are created by the homeowners without any agent involvement and Zump is the only place you can find them.
IF SOMEONE IS INTERESTED IN MY PROPERTY, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Other verified users can express an interest in your property by sending a message request. Once you have reviewed the request and the interested parties profile you can then accept the request and start a conversation in the app.
HOW MUCH DOES ZUMP COST?
Zump has a free version where users can create a property profile, sell their home for free and explore other homes on Zump. To contact homes as a buyer Zump charges a weekly subscription of £2.99 per week or £29.99 quarterly. This also unlocks extra features such as property barriers and school catchment heatmaps.
I’M NOT LOOKING TO BUY/SELL A HOUSE CURRENTLY, IS THE APP WORTH IT FOR ME?
From keeping track of your house price, finding top professionals to help with your renovations or taking inspiration from house content creators, Zump has lots of other features relevant to those not looking to buy or sell their home just yet.
IS ZUMP ONLY AVAILABLE IN BRISTOL?
You can join wherever you are, but the main focus is in Bristol right now.
