Here's a quick guide on how to find a home on Zump. First things first! You will need to download Zump on your app store. Create your account and let's get searching.
Match Profile
When you first tap search you’ll go to your match profile, that lets us know what properties you’re interested in. We’ll notify you immediately when properties that match your requirements join Zump.
It goes through:
Areas you’re interested in
Types of homes
Bedroom numbers
Schools
Budget
Timeline
Buying position
Amenities and attributes you’re looking for
You can edit your match profile at any time.
Search for Homes
Once you confirm your match profile you’ll go to the map with pink pins indicating properties that match your criteria. Tap on these to see the listings which will have more details about the property including bedroom numbers, descriptions, local market insights and nearby schools.
Filters
During your search you can change your filters at any point and this won’t affect your Match profile.
Save and follow favourites
You can create save lists for properties and you can follow properties. These can be homes that you’re interested in but they may not be ready to sell just yet. We'll notify you about any changes they make to their profile.
Message Sellers
When you find a property you’re interested in, tap the message button on the property and a chat request will be sent to the homeowner. They can review your profile before they accept so add as much info in here as possible. We will be covering message sellers in our blog Messaging Homeowners on Zump
